FORMBY ART

This formal decorative dahlia is new to me this year. One if the few 2 color dahlias that I grow. She's a big and perfect flower. White and purple , she really stands out in my garden. She is somewhat shorter at 3 1/2 feet and the white color with purple tips just makes me smile.
