RIVER'S RAINBOW

This dahlia not only stands out in the garden due to its flame color, but it is a inverted cactus type that makes you take a second look! She is a bit shorter at 3-4 feet, and the color seems to do a bit better with some partial shade.(Don't hear that much when talking about dahlias).
